Christian Karega
President/Co-Founder
Christian Karega is responsible for devising ZEF’s goals and strategies, managing finances, establishing strategic partnerships, and overseeing fundraisers, programs, donor engagement, the Zimbabwean administrators, and daily operations. Christian received a BS in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and has experience in organizational development, management consulting, and investment management. She has received numerous awards over the years for her support of educationally focused causes, including Stanford Distinguish Service Award and the Marvin A. Last Leadership Award. She is an Investment Associate at the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation in New York, New York.

Tanneasha Gordon
Executive Director/Co-Founder
Tanneasha Gordon is responsible for shaping and implementing ZEF’s strategic objectives through the development of programs, fundraisers, and partnerships. Tanneasha is also responsible for managing ZEF’s donor engagement, developing communication and marketing plans, and recruiting and managing volunteers. Tanneasha received a BS in Urban Planning and a Masters of Public Administration from Cornell University and has experience in business management consulting, event planning, and public relations. She is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, LLP and a Vice President of Public Relations at SoBlu in Washington, DC.

Yannick Sikam
Operations and Logistics Director
Yannick is responsible for managing the acquisition, deployment, and allocation of school supplies and other related materials, from our liquidators in the US to the school sites in Zimbabwe. He obtained a BS in International Commerce and Finance from Mercy College and worked as a Senior Internal Audit Consultant for AC Lordi Consulting, a boutique consulting firm in the Philadelphia, PA.

Charlie Long-Graham
Community Outreach Coordinator
Charlie Long-Graham is responsible for developing community outreach programs, advising the organization on best practices, and fundraising. In 2000, she co-founded the Youth Enrichment and Self Development program and oversees its daily operation. She has 20 years of consulting experience in the non-profits sector as well as an extensive expertise in grant writing, program development, and nonprofit management. She currently resides in Ann Arbor, MI.

Laschelle Stewart
Community Outreach Coordinator
Laschelle is responsible for devising and executing community outreach and nontraditional fundraising programs. Laschelle received a BA in Feminist Gender and Sexuality Studies from Cornell University and has considerable program development and leadership experience as an executive board member of numerous outreach organizations at Cornell, including President of Cornell University's Black Women's Support Network. She is the founder of Harlem Nutrition Initiative and a Research Associate at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York, New York.
